I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up.  I wasn’t super passionate about any one thing, but I tried a lot of things with the support of my parents.  The trouble was that they didn’t understand anything beyond traditional jobs.  My husband has made his career in the action sports industry and is passionate about what he does.  I want my children to know that they can be whatever they want to be.  Even if there is not a job for it, they can work hard and figure out how to make it work.  I would love to be able to take my oldest son (7 years), my niece (10 years) and a young family friend/college student (21 years old) around to meet people that have made jobs doing interesting things so that they can dream big and know that the future is whatever they want it to be.
