These are Rose Apricots. I think mine may have been a bit overripe.

This is a Purple Rose Apricot, and they are more delicious. They’re rose scented (hence the name, I assume), with apricot flesh and skin, but the tang and juiciness of a plum.
I think I may have gotten a subpar Rose Apricot, but if both are available, go Purple.
