One day your life will flash before your eyes, make sure it’s worth watching.
Camp Mighty is Go Mighty in real life…an annual retreat for bloggers, Go Mighty members, online content creators, and life list enthusiasts who want to do good for themselves and for others. Each year more than 150 people attend Camp to trade ideas, gain motivation to start new projects, and find the support that can help make things happen.
How do we do it? We do it together. Through connecting, collaborating and helping you find others doing the same. The retreat gives you time away to rethink priorities, a team to help and a pool for floating.
More specifically, you attend a workshop to goal, to dream, and to plan it out. You connect with others who are making things happen. And you hear from speakers whose life work will inspire your own. (Past speakers include Ben Silbermann, CEO and founder of Pinterest, Derreck Kayonga, founder of the Global Soap Project, Grammy nominated artist Kenna, and Brian Piotrowicz, Co-Producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show. You can check out more of our speakers here.)
In addition, we kick things off by doing a group service project for Charity: Water. In the weeks before Camp Mighty, we divide into teams and raise funds for wells to bring clean, safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Our hope is that we can start getting to know each other, while we use our collective talents to do something cool before we even meet. This is our third year hosting Camp Mighty and to date we have raised almost $50,000 for the organization. Read more about our program with Charity: Water here.
