I know, I know, it sounds like Elvis on black velvet…a leather rug.  But when you set your rug loom up for a rag rug, and use leather instead, the result is something that is amazing to walk on, fire resistant and highly original.

I first saw something like this in Delphi.  Then I came home and tried to weave on my standard loom.  Would be much better to have a rug loom for this, and I’d need some more lessons.  Preferably in Chico at AVL looms.
