I make ice cream a lot. (Case in point.) But now that I’ve been making it for a few years, it’s time to change it up and learn a new skill.
Remember how good Klondike bars were? Now just imagine them with homemade ice cream and really quality chocolate. Wouldn’t those be better? I’m thinking my first flavor combo will be dark chocolate with raspberry pink peppercorn ice cream and maybe some cracked pink peppercorns on top.
I’m currently seeking help learning how to temper chocolate. Anyone have tips?
