The majority of the trip this far has revolved around visiting family. I am relatively certain that since I arrived in Indonesia I have been introduced to just about every living relative my wife has. Furthermore they have also been kind enough to show me the buisnesses they own, the places they work and the homes they live in. Walled off, grandmothers house is older, simple, and placed snuggly  between a church and what I believe is a residence or buisness. The uninsulated wall provides little barrier from the busy street and the sound of prayer provided by the mosques.

Aunt Iling’s house, being quite a bit larger and more distant from the noise is the choice place to stay. Though it matters little as the family gathers wherever we stay.
