The goal to lose 20# started when I was still in the 180′s, and as of 8 mos ago, I had finally weighed-in at 159#. Sad to say, the dramatic trend has slowed down a little (Holiday baked goods didn’t help) and I’m now only 6# away from goal weight! 

My plan to reel this in and complete it by the end of the summer: Eat less ice cream, stop making chocolate chip cookies, increased excercise and water intake
